At Moe's Dugout, the one bar in town, Christopher "CJ" Cira, 34, the manager and son of the owner, runs the bar. The bar is one of six owned by the family who are based out of Lima, Ohio. The fact that they sell alcohol has been the cause of some friction in town..Dunkirk is a small farming town in central Ohio, a swing state. This town of some 900 people, which leans 60-40 to the Republicans, faces many of the same issues that confront the rest of America; a struggling economy during a time of economic and social change and uncertainty.
